Non-refundable deposit

To secure your wedding day hair and makeup booking with SDS Hair Group Australia , a non-refundable $200 deposit is required within seven days. A three day cooling-off period applies once your deposit has been received.

To ensure maximum satisfaction for both you and SDS Hair Group Australia, it is vital you make known any concerns regarding your hair, make up or any other product or service provided by SDS Hair Group Australia. Through immediate identification of a possible problem, we may endeavour to provide a solution.

The pre-wedding trial is designed to discover any potential issues that may affect your satisfaction with any products or services provided by SDS Hair Group Australia, before the event date. If you choose not to participate in a pre-wedding trial, we will not be held responsible or liable in any way if you are dissatisfied with any part of our service on or after the event date.

Terms of payment

All payments must be made in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit if full payment is not received by this time.

With the purchase of additional products or services within the 14 days prior to and on the event date, further payment may be required.
